Deleting the app removes everything Foldry stored locally (and from iCloud, if sync was on). Foldry never has a copy anywhere else, so there's nothing further to request deletion of.
Email support@foldry.app with a description of what happened and, if possible, which screenshot category or screen it was on. Screen recordings help a lot.
